Grupo ALZE is a business group that has been working for more than 45 years to improve people’s quality of life through the development and management of projects that allow people to enjoy life and their environment.
We consolidate homes, golf resorts and hotel complexes that adapt to people’s new lifestyles, always seeking to create products with personality that stand out for the quality of their materials and a careful architectural design that integrates each product into its natural surroundings.
The group began its activity in the 1970s as a developer of first homes in the Barcelona area. Since then, they have participated in the creation of more than 7,000 homes. In the 1980s, the group expanded its offer with second home developments on the Costa Brava and Girona, thus extending its area of activity. In the 1990s, they designed and developed their first resort, Torremirona Golf Resort, at a time when the resort concept as it is understood today was not established in Spain.
The ALZE Group is currently diversifying and taking on new challenges, including the development of new developments, management of resort services (decoration, rental, security, gardening, etc.), management of hotels and spas, and management of golf courses. Their current areas of operation are Barcelona, metropolitan area, Gerona, Tarragona and Murcia, and they are working on their expansion throughout the national territory.
ALZE Group has collaborated with different companies to offer products that are increasingly adapted to the needs of the environment and people. We collaborate with prestigious financial and shareholding entities, construction companies, innovative architects and interior designers, and local agents to ensure the integration of their products into the environment and culture of each area.
Grupo ALZE is a family company with more than 45 years of experience in the management of real estate projects, with a team of 150 direct employees made up of economists, architects, and commercial personnel with an international profile. In addition, they have a network of national and international collaborators, including architects, decorators, construction companies and service companies.
The network of more than 200 national and international marketing agents is one of the group’s most important assets.
